TERMS & CONDITIONS

Price
1. All prices indicated are in Singapore dollars.
2. The prices are only applicable for non-peak festive season. Prices vary during festive & special occasions. Please email us for prices or visit our website for prices during festive or special occasions.
3. Flowers & products used in all arrangements are subject to availability. In the event that any item is not available at the time of packing, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar products of equal or greater value.


Confirmation
4. All orders received will be acknowledged via sms/email/fax within 24hrs. Please call us if you do not receive our reply.
5. To avoid unnecessary delay, please provide all details in the order form.
6. We will only confirmed & process orders upon acknowledgement & full payment (except payment terms for Cash on Delivery or Company Order).

Payment
7. All Orders will be charged using fund transfer (POSB/OCBC only), cheque or cash on delivery. For fund transfer, please contact us for account number.
8. Cheque payments to be crossed & made payable to FLOURIDEW. All cheques to be mailed to “Block 208, Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, #09-997, Singapore 560208”.
9. Only repeated Company Orders will be billed for payment. Payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice.

Cancellation & Refund
10. All orders once confirmed will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.
11. No refund or exchange will be allowed if cancellation is made after we have process the orders or within 24hrs before delivery.
12. We will refund payment in full if order is cancelled due to unavailability of products or our inability to deliver goods within agreed time frame.
13. All goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. Please ensure that the products are in good conditions upon receiving.

Delivery
14. We provide free delivery during regular office hours. For delivery outside office hours, additional charges apply. Please refer to our delivery policy.
15. Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, FLOURIDEW will not be responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 3 hour range for delivery. However, we will accommodate delivery at requested timing as far as possible.
16. We only provide local delivery within main island of Singapore. Please see delivery policy.
17. For ‘Add-on’ products only, we will only deliver with purchase of S$80 & above.
